Their president Th. Gulchain Singh Charak launched a missionary project to create an awakening among wider cross section of people to aware them of the depleting water reservoirs, melting of glaciers and sinking sub-soil water tables. After due deliberations the Dogra Sadar Sabha plans to carry forward the message through students, who may start the charity from their homes, to immediate neighbourhood and gradually cover the whole society.
