The Dogra Sadar Sabha (DSS) celebrated the 130th Birth Anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singhji, the last ruler of the Dogra Dynasty under the Chairmanship of the Offg President Col Karan Singh. Members paid floral tributes to their beloved Maharaja on behalf of the president DSS Th. Gulchain Singh Charak, who is out of station and all the members as they recalled the great qualities of the secular judicious, fair & caring emperor.
